Default Smooth 120 not working

I was watching the new pirates movies yesterday in 3D and looked awful. It was loaded with motion blur, every time someone moved there hands, or if there was running all you would see in motion blur. I check my setting to turn on the smooth 120. It showed that it was already on. It wouldn't allow me to turn it off the setting was in gray everything else was in white that seemed weird to me. Is a 120 herts not enough for 3D or is my smooth 120 most not working?

I just found out the answer to my own question 120 is enough. Had nothing to do with my TV the new Pirates movie is just a awful 3D
