I ordered it with the De Niro & De Palma set. As I have received the "free" one I don't mind a £17.99 refund.

Will be interesting contacting customer service if it comes to that. On a previous order they initially told me the cancelled one was free and wasn't charged for so they couldn't refund. I wonder if they will "understand" it the other way around?!

12 blurays cancelled across 2 separate emails (6+6) on monday. One refund came through yesterday for one of the batches of 6, grouped together. No sign of the other refund so far. A bit concerned but will wait a day more.

How often are Zavvi's delivery estimations accurate? I've only ordered one thing (separate to the discount madness) and it's supposedly due anytime from tomorrow til Friday week. Absolutely dying to get it...

You can't really blame Zavvi for any hold-ups in delivery, especially this time of year.

So I messaged Zavvi back asking why my titles are on special order when all of them are listed as in stock on the site and I got a completely different explanation this time around.

I am sorry to let you know that there has been a problem in the warehouse which has resulted in your order being stopped prior to dispatch.

I understand this is disappointing and we are sorry. I will investigate further and request for the order to be sent to you as soon as possible. Should there be a problem with dispatching the order, we will arrange for this to be cancelled and for the money to be returned to your account upon confirmation of the cancellation.

For those people still waiting for their Female Scorpion box,mine too was dispatched last Friday,it arrived today,so hopefully yours wont be far behind.
Most of the rest of my orders arrived a few days ago.
Scorpion arrived in a bubble envelope(nicely all dented/bashed in down one side) along with the De Palma set,but can't complain for a tenner each.
Overall,did one order of 16 titles which worked out at £3.25 each.(12 arrived Tuesday,and the remaining 4 arrived today)
One order for 6 of the newer titles(including the Sister Street Fighter set,Weird Science,Chill Factor and City Of The Living Dead) which worked out at a fiver each.(all arrived Tuesday)
And one order for the 2 boxsets.(both arrived today)

Like Aclea said,my only regret is not ordering the other titles i wanted,now that i've seen other people have received orders of 40,50 and 60,at the time i was concerned about it saying there was a limit of 10 per person and didn't want to push my luck too much.
I could probably have found double what i ordered,but i'm totally over the moon with what i did get.

Yeah I also ordered the De Palma boxset and Female Prisoner together. Both were dispatched last friday and i received the De Palma one today. Hopefully Female Prisoner will show up tomorrow.

I also received 10 discs from Screenbound/Classicfilmsdirect today from their sale,all in one large bubble envelope,not ideal,as one was broken,but still,postage cost £2.80.

I wonder how much it costs Zavvi to send 10 seperately.

They probably have a contract with RM to get cheaper postage but a standard 2nd Class LL is £1.32

I had a few spare cases,so i've just replaced it,it's not worth making a fuss over,the disc and cover are ok,that's the main thing.

only the case is not a big deal. I have replacement cases in case of eco boxes

Took a gamble on the Alan Clarke set from Zavvi - finally - and of course they shoved it into a Jiffy bag rather than a proper card mailer, but luckily it looks unscathed! A close one...
