Movies Missing from Movies Anywhere Collection

Baby Driver and Spider-Man Homecoming never seemed to sync for me. Anyone else having issues with those titles? Redeemed both through Sony’s website. They linked to Vudu after a day or so. Other titles redeemed the same way seem to have linked with no problems (976-Evil, Close Encounters, Smurfs Lost Village, Trainspotting 2, Life, RE Final Chapter, and a slew of others).

I redeemed Baby Driver through sonypictures which synced to my VUDU account in like an hour. I had to disconnect & reconnect my VUDU account from MA. It shows up in my iTunes account now, but it says I redeemed in 1970. Same deal with Spider-Man, except I redeemed through fandangonow.

I appreciate your help. Disconnected VUDU and I’m gonna wait about 10 minutes and reconnect and hope that fixes it. Thank you.

It might not work right away, but it should work. You might have to wait an hour before MA grabs your movies from Vudu.

Add me to the list for X-Men Origins: Wolverine. Present in iTunes (acquired via original disc method, not upgraded to HD upon MA creation), missing in MA and vudu.

I have the Unrated cut of Central Intelligence in VUDU, MA, and Amazon. It does not port to iTunes because they don't have a separate listing for it (it's included as an "Extra").

Unfortunately, I don't care enough about the movie to deal with Apple/MA about it. More worried about Any Given Sunday not porting, and why some titles from MA participating studios aren't listed as MA (Stand By Me (Sony) for example).

So i'm missing Toy Story of Terror & Mickey's Christmas Carol. I've contacted them and this is what they keep telling me to do to get them to show up / port over...

The Movies Anywhere team has implemented several improvements to the Disney Movies Anywhere import functionality.

If you are still unable to import your Disney Movies Anywhere library, please try the following steps on either the web or the mobile app:

I. On the web: http://moviesanywhere.com/welcome
1. Log in to your Movies Anywhere account.
2. Click on your profile name on the top right corner.
3. Choose Migrate DMA Account.
4. Enter your email and password for your Disney Movies Anywhere account, and click Sign In*.
5. You will see a prompt with the number of movies you’re about to import, then click Continue.
6. The titles in your Disney Movies Anywhere library should appear within the My Movies section of your Movies Anywhere account.

II. On the Movies Anywhere mobile app:
1. Log in to your Movies Anywhere account.
2. Go to your profile settings.
3. Choose Manage Retailers.
4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap on “Import Disney Movies Anywhere library now”.
5. Enter your email and password for your Disney Movies Anywhere account, and click Continue*.
6. You will see a prompt with the number of movies you’re about to import, then click Continue.
7. The titles in your Disney Movies Anywhere library should appear within the My Movies section of your Movies Anywhere account.


NOTE: It may take up to 1 hour for your entire Disney Movies Anywhere library to appear in your Movies Anywhere account and connected digital retailers.


*When trying to sign in to your Disney Movies Anywhere account, if you get any of the following error messages:

· “There was an error while trying to login into your DMA account. Please try again”
· “invalid email or password. Please try again”

Then please contact the Disney Movies Anywhere support team using the link below:

I'm not able to do this at all as I can't migrate or import my DMA account either on the physical website or the mobile app as it's already showing up minus those movies. Any other tips to help out? Thanks in advance.

I have similar issues to what others have posted. I just recently created a new MA account and connected DMA, Vudu, iTunes and Google to it.
I also do not have Lion King (Diamond) in MA but it shows every where else.
X-Men Origins: Wolverine is only in iTunes.
Blade Runner: Final Cut is not showing in iTunes.
Considering what everyone is saying I should probably wait until MA resolves this but I'll have to contact them anyway regarding MA and DMR redemptions.

The only reason Google account is connected to MA is because it is required to download for offline viewing in MA app in android.

Update: Skyfall is now not showing in MA. I do have it in Vudu HDX and iTunes SD

These movies are still not showing up. Should I leave it disconnected longer? What if I were to redeem a movie while it was unlinked? Maybe it would force an update.

I am having the exact same problem except with The Lion King Diamond edition and Mickey's Christmas Carol. I sent off e-mails to both DMA and MA with the same generic response given to Chadhobbick.

DMA can see these two movies in my DMA account and where they were redeemed. The last response from DMA was to make sure that my accounts (iTunes and Amazon) were linked to MA, which they are. I sent off one more e-mail but am not hopeful. If no resolution, I will call DMA tomorrow.

Another member called and got another code for the Lion King which then ported over to MA. So far, I don't know anyone who's been successful with Mickey's Christmas Carol. My Toy Story of Terror ported over to MA when I first linked all my accounts.

Are you looking at Movies Anywhere website? For some reason, Ultraviolet movies redeemed outside Vudu, iTunes, Amazon, Google will show up that you bought them January 1, 1970. They have been showing up at the bottom of "My Movies" page since it orders it most recent purchases first.

For example, I just got the King of Comedy today on fandangonow. It showed up on Vudu about 15 minutes later. It showed in my Movies Anywhere soon afterward but at the bottom of the list.

Otherwise, if it's not showing up, you should try disconnecting/reconnecting again. I'm not really sure how long this stuff takes to be brought in. It's not really a science yet.

Once again you have helped tremendously. I also sort by most recent. I searched earlier but just re-linked to Vudu and it showed up almost immediately when sorted a-z. Then went to iTunes and it refreshed and showed up there as well. Thank you very much.

You two were lucky. I e-mailed several times but got no help, only generic responses to link my accounts (all accounts have been linked and relinked with no resolution).

I finally called today and spoke with Jessie. She was of no help at all. She just told me that MA is aware of the situation, that DMA could do nothing to help with my two movies The Lion King and Mickey's Carol not transferring to MA.

When I pointed out that others are having similar problems and that when they called they were at least able to get The Lion King to transfer to MA, she denied that DMA was able to help anyone with this issue. I guess Jessie is calling mertz523, mertz's roommate and chienbofett liars

So much for Disney's supposedly stellar customer service.

Did Lion King even had a code to redeem for a digital/iTunes HD copy? My BD set did not. Was considering buying via iTunes, but at $20 = ouch.

Bambi 2 I bought as a bundle and save with Bambi on vudu it's on email,Vudu,Google and Amazon but not movies anywhere also I have all 3 Lion King movies but the Lion King showed up at movies anywhere and disappeared!!

With over 1,000 digital movies across mostly Amazon and Vudu and repurchased movies in as well I'm one of the fewer convoluted collections and when digital copy started I like everyone redeemed at iTunes!! I do believe that it's not a real problem just annoying growing pains!

In my movies anywhere I have despicable 1 and 2 so it's not got a ryme or reason just need to get it fixed!

I'm still having problems with my Lion King Diamond Edition. They are supposed to get back to me. They fixed my Mickey's Christmas Carol. I don't know why they just wouldn't fix The Lion King they said they needed to research the problem.
