This was such a weird film to me mostly due to tone which shifted a lot. It seemed almost like toeing the line of a traditional war film while it ends up being a movie with zombies running amuck.

Ed became really annoying with his decisions which I'm sure was needed in order to push the narrative into the underground setting.

I lost interest in the middle only picking back up when it moved underground yet it was a chore getting to that point.

Overall the movie felt disjointed.

Great movie, loved it. The lead guy is so bland though, it feels like you're viewing the movie from the perspective of a supporting character. It feels like Wyatt Russell should be the lead.

Agree. I thought it looked and sounded great. Sound is demo worthy. Not overdone like Aquaman but makes the impact at the right spots.
