Warner Bros A Clockwork Orange 4K UHD (1971)

Coming in late '19 as per TheDigitalBits.

http://thedigitalbits.com/columns/my...XkNWv4.twitter

And while we’re talking about the 4K Ultra HD Release List, we’ve also added another title that our retail sources have told us is coming to the format later in 2019: Stanley Kubrick’s A Clockwork Orange from Warner Bros. Home Entertainment. We’ll certainly post additional details as we get them.

Was waiting for someone to make a thread about this. Glad to see Warner is really getting on top of getting the Kubrick's out

Considering how remarkably detailed the 35mm print I saw a few years ago was, this should look amazing if they get a negative scan. Mmmm.

Same here a Fall release ahead of Christmas would be perfect timing. Esp if the color is correct and as filmic as the original prints. It would be hypnotic

Haven't Warners been sat on a 4K master of the film for almost a decade? There's footage in the (new-at-the-time) extras for the 40th Anniversary Edition BD.

That’s not “late” in 2019; it’s “later” in 2019.

Regardless, ALL KUBRICK, PLEASE!

They should release a 2 Disc 4K in widescreen and 1:33:1

Again I’ll be blasted... I was even a projectionist when the film opened and took some splices out of the film when I broke it down.

But I guess i like seeing the full frame and the matted versions for whatever reason. I still recall being angry the original DVD for many of the Kubricks esp EWS was full frame

But honestly with WB they rarely give multiple versions of films RARELY
