Default Blu ray player with Lip Sync function?

Hi, so I'm annoyed that my region-free Pioneer BDP460 causes an audio delay on certain discs (like Total Recall, Ace Ventura and A Streetcar Named Desire), when I play them in the PS4 it's fine.

So I'm wondering if a player exists that has a Sync feature that will allow me to bring slow audio in line with the image. Or indeed, if anyone knows why this might be happening in the first place. Thanks in advance.

Quite a few players have the option, but most only offer audio delay, sometimes you need the audio ahead of the video.

Just go through some manuals on-line.

My equipment is plagued with issues (my LG sound bar in particular), but my PlayStation 3 seems to be spot on.

Generally as video requires more bandwidth than audio, it takes longer to reach the device. So the audio sometimes gets there first. Delaying the audio should resolve the issue.

Some displays offer lip-sync options as well.

It's one of the most frustrating things with BDs. It shouldn't be an issue, but some people are just unlucky.

The delay is only over the surround sound? If it's on a TV, then there's something wrong from a technical side.

My sund system has dleay options, but they have to be set indivisually based on player, and format (24p, Pal, ntsc, etc), in the end I made a chart to keep track of everything.
The big problem is 3D, as the delay is over 100ms, which is the maximum delay my sound system can be set to.
