Adde some new calf sections, I think they came out pretty good. These are zoomed in photos, they actually look really good from a distance. I also added in some more of the black under sections not seen in these pictures.

Can’t wait to put the entire outfit together.

Got to send some stuff to the tailor for sewing. Only Sewing Uncle Solarrdadd does is sowing seed!

What are you looking forward to most? I'll be picking up some indie comics.

It will be the first time back at NYCC since 2019 so we are just great full to get to go back the the biggest, best Comicon in the world. We can’t wait to do three days of cosplay and meet all the other cosplayers.

We are both gonna be shopping for statues of our characters, Thor & Gamora. My Daughter is looking to get some art supplies too. Oh and gifts for friends.

The absolute most fun I have is seeing the wonder in children’s eyes when they see us and other cosplayer on the subway, walking down the street, passing by and they are on their school buses yelling out the window; I live for that. Kids love to take pictures with you, some are shy and want to but are afraid when approached. You can see the absolute belief in their eyes seeing superheroes in real life.

You know what I’m gonna be dressed as for three of the four days (we are doing the entire show) look for me, would love to meet up and snap a photo along with my Daughter.

we stayed at a hotel in the Wall Street Area. we watched millions of dollars walking around making deals worth millions/billions! we found a taco place that made the most delicious chicken and fish tacos i've ever had with a sauce that was to die for.

i re-did almost 85% of my entire outfit from 2019. decided to paint my helmet glossy black (i am the Black son of Odin, Thor BrOdinson ) got some fresh Vans and painted them, new top and bottom and used heat setting blue and white decorative pieces, new wraps (as mentioned before, but, they turned out to look amazing with the outfit!) new blue compression leggings too.

only things remained from 2019 were the cape (shortened, no more dragging on the ground or people stepping on it as we walked ) the power belt, the wig and the wrist wraps.

my Daughter, working to get her character, Gamora ready, it took about 3hrs on one of the days when more skin was shown that meant it had to be painted with several coats and took time to apply and dry between coats. she did both comics accurate Gamora (with yellow eyes ring coloring) and MCU Gamora with tribal face markings.

we were so happy to get back to NYCC since we couldn't/didn't go because of the pandemic since 2019 we didn't take a lot of pictures on the floor of things, we really forgot.

we were having so much fun and we posed for tons of pictures for people there, at least 100+ on the streets for citizens passing by as well as lots with children on the streets and on the trains. so, i apologize for not having tons of show pictures for you guys; we got caught up in all the fun we haven't had for 3 years. we were interviewed by Marvel on the floor and it's somewhere on the Marvel site probably on both IG and FB. if i find it, i'll link it here.

we met up with our longtime friends at the WACOM TABLET Booth.

we also went to see my man Kevin, from JJ Hat Center he is a hat wizard and i've purchased from them and highly recommend them for folks serious about headwear. that brown fedora i'm sporting, it's a Selentino Sterling it is for the serious hatters so be prepared to lay out some bucks!

we met Jim Lee, got autographs, pictures and he signed and personalized my Daughters' Art drawing pad. we were there with a friend of ours visiting from Seattle WA.

so, here is us (to include Sylvie/Loki, a very good friend of mine who was there with her family attending their very first Comic Con )with Jim Lee (a real nice stand up guy too) he's got a real good sense of humor, yes, i told him the joke about my character.

he said, "so, you're Thor Odinson, right?" i said, "no, I'm the Black Son of Odin, I'm The BrOdinson"...."Jim (i said,) you know they all got a black son, somewhere!" Jim held his face and put his head down and out loud for a good 15 seconds, he was almost in even his staff was
