Ross Campbell's cover for TMNT #29 is one of the most beautiful covers I have ever seen.

Personally, I love Skottie Young, J. Scott Campbell, and Sana Takeda's works, but I love the colors on Stacey Lee's variant cover for Silk #1.

I really loved Justice League Dark, but mostly due to it being where I discovered the fantastic Mikel Janin, who migrated over to Grayson after his JLD stint.

This wasn't done in memory of David Bowie, but I collected this series when this came out and, as soon as I'd heard he passed, had to post it on my various social media. Mike Allred is a genius.

Oh Marvel, you saw me coming! lol I seriously CANNOT STOP BUYING THESE! Because of that, I have literally doubles of every single book that has come out with one of these action figure variants. Oy, I've nearly filled a short box with new Star Wars books already!

I fell in love with Kelly Jones' cover work in the Knightfall series and that one was always my favourite.

Thinking about it, I also have to add this one...

Sorta funny. I wonder if this was a deliberate play on that Kelley Jones Batman cover:

This is from the most recent Batman run, Greg Capullo did the honors. Likely just a coincidence.

Default Awesome Comic Book Covers

I also really like this one, also from the current run of Batman.

And this one from the forthcoming issue 51.

Wow, what a great thread. I can't think of what my favorite covers of all time are, there's too many to even possibly think of; but here are some never-mentioned ones that utterly mesmerized me when I was younger:

Jock appreciation post! I first saw his work on Vertigo's The Loser back in 2003 and just was ga-ga for his work.

I bought this original cover just as the series was ending and I'm thankful I did, with the way comic art in general has gone up. Jock has gotten so big with doing covers and such that I'm wondering how much it may have appreciated!

This Detective Comics cover has become one of the most famous recent Batman-related images and goes for a good penny simply due to the cover.

The Faker mini-series wasn't great, just a solid read. But Jock's covers mystified me. I remember asking him if this specific cover was for sale and sadly, he told me it wasn't...but that was only because it didn't physically exist. He'd made the whole thing digitally.

I find Jock to be a real master of perspective. He finds such inventive ways to show things...and sometimes they look so simple, but I just can't take my eyes off them, like this Daredevil cover.

Brian Bolland = greatest of all time (my opinion). His work on Animal Man alone qualifies him.

A very, narrowly close second would be Frank Quitely.

A rather distant third is Glen Fabry.
