Drawing/typing without wifi?

Hello! I'm considering buying a tablet, with the primary use being writing and drawing. But it's only worth it for me to buy one if I can write and draw without internet access, like when traveling and such. Is this something I'd be able to do on a tablet? If so, some recommendations for tablets would be welcome. Thank you!

most tablets you can do things on without internet access.

like you can use any typing/word processor program without internet access or drawing programs without internet access.

and for writing, i'd suggest a keyboard/case combo; like these. the keyboard connects using bluetooth, and the case holds the tablet so it can sit upright while you type. i used to use one with my ipad before i sold it (the tablet). it was very convenient to use, especially at work or if i was riding in a vehicle with someone.
