Game of Thrones Limited Edition Collector's Edition (SD Only?)

Hey folks,

I had already owned the series prior from individual seasons purchased on blu ray as they came out. So I originally was not going to actually use my digital code from this, but I changed my mind because I noticed that Season 1-5 was only SD on google/youtube, and to get HD I would have to pay 30 bucks for each season to upgrade.

So alas, I decided to use the code from the LE mentioned above. The code was accepted fine on hbodigitalhd.com and I chose redemption on google instead of itunes, and it forwarded me over with a pop up asking me to confirm the redemption as usual. After doing so I am still only able to access the 480p digital versions of season 1-5 on youtube / google play.

Anyone else experience this? Is this working as intended?
