I recently purchased two Samsung 43” Class AU800 4K TVs for my home. Every time I turn them on, the color is completely washed out. I have to go into the settings and hit reset picture every time, and then it looks colorful and fine again. This is happening on both TVs, so I don’t think it’s an issue with the TVs themselves. It seems to be something with the settings on this particular model.
Anyone know why? Before and after “reset” pictures below. ![]() ![]() |
