Do you want a basic one or studio templates.

Might want to put some more space between the words on the front. Right now it reads Thecomplete Seasonone.

I would definitely have Jack looking at Nicole Kidman...just seems to make more sense

I'm not artistic, so I don't really have any 'good' ideas. But I'm excited to see this when it's done!

Default Reservoir Dogs

Does anybody have a cover for Reservoir Dogs they would be willing to share? Planning on ordering Inglourious Basterds soon, got me excited about my QT blurays.

Now... has anyone seen an Austin Powers Collection cover? The series comes in 3 thin cases and I'm looking to put all three movies in a three-disc case.

Maybe you posted the wrong code or something? Try again and hopefully you'll get better results.

If I had some good hi-res photos to work with, I'd try.

Well here it is again (hopefully the mods wont be angry at me for posting this like 3 times in the last few days... or at least attempting to ):

I just used the digibox art (front and back) so all I really had to do was make the side. I didnt have time to test print it so im not even sure if it will be the right dimensions :P Also because I couldnt find a good image of the back cover of the digibook the back is a little low res but im hoping that it still prints half way decent.

Also note that there is like a 1/10 bleed on it, if you cut along the lines I put on it it should come out right.

You'd probably need access to sites not available to the public. I've searched forever with no results.

As a fan of Feng Xiaogeng, I was inspired by the news of the pending release of The Banquet. So I decided to try my hand at a custom cover. I'm still working on the spine to match my other customs.

Swarez, he's already posted it as final. Please folks try and hold your critiques as best you can, this is not a critiquing thread. If the artist wants to hear your thoughts, then he would ask for them. He just wanted to share the cover with us not get your advice on it.

I'm not trying to jump on the goose here, I'm simply stating this b/c it's been a problem in the past and I don't want it to be again. Too many artists post there stuff hear to share with everyone, and then get all these critiques when they don't ask for them. If you ask them, they will tell you that they don't like it.

It doesn't seem like a big deal, but he clearly said in the original post that he's made it for a friend and wanted to share it on this thread.

I think the spaces are clear already dv8.

I feel you aggie, and I hope you don't take this the wrong way, but when a creative person makes and shares a piece of art, a text, or anything, then they are putting it out there for criticism.

If the creator likes the critique, they can take what they want from it. They might end up with a better version of their original work. If the creator doesn't like it, they shouldn't care because their personal vision should severely outweigh the opinion of a person they don't even know anyway.

After your message, you even critiqued the cover yourself. "I think the spaces are clear already dv8." I don't understand how you interpret "I don't want to hear constructive criticism" from the fact he said he made it for a friend.

I agree with the poster that said it has a funky flow to it. I think "the complete first season" flows better as well.

I'd like to start printing some custom covers, but have a few questions if you guys don't mind

I have an old photo printer that was really nice when it came out, I think it was around $1000 back in 2000. Would this work to print out covers?

Olympus P-400

Also, should I use semi gloss photo paper? I was thinkin of getting this

http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg...X0DER&v=glance

Lastly is there a certain size format for these, or a program I need to resize them so they print out the right size for the case?

I just bought this and love it!

http://www.amazon.com/Epson-Artisan-...0792496&sr=8-1

I always prefered Epson over HP when it comes to photos and HP for text.

Also I use Photoshop 7 (an old version) to print these out as I have tried without and can't get the size right....but photoshop gets it perfect everytime for me.
