This special edition is absolutely terrific. I've already pre-ordered it from Amazon.

Same here. Unfortunately, I don't think Amazon does release date delivery on Sunday. So, I've got my fingers crossed that it will come early.

I'm kind of excited for this one. Haven't looked too much into it & really excited it will be a blind buy. Last one, TP I looked into it a lot and was expecting a lot from it and was a bit disappointed with it. Finally my Wii will get some playtime since SMG2 came out Yay! :-D

Picking mine up Sunday. Gonna be awesome, got the Special Edition, for the gold controller, and because I do not already have motion plus.

Just beat the first dungeon. Loving this game already, not only is it great fun to play, but it also has a lot of charm and personality that I find lacking in most games. The swordplay controls are good but not perfect but I find myself not caring because its so much fun. Bye bye skyrim hello Zelda!

Just bought my bundle copy on ebay. I'm a little out of the loop with my Wii, but it wasn't too far over release price. I'm going to open it on Christmas

Hope everybody has a blast playing.

I just got e-mailed a $10 promo credit from Amazon for pre-ordering this. Unexpected, but a nice surprise.

I would so get a Wii U to play this game but I can't go back to 480p graphics.

You'd have a job - the Wii U won't be released until next year.

Perhaps you mean the Wii?

And aren't you limiting yourself by judging a game purely on the resolution of the graphics?

One of the early trailers for "Skyward Sword" was very impressive, but when I saw some of the more recent stuff, I was very disappointed. After all, I never even got to take a real crack at "Twilight Princess", because I don't have the system (tried it out once at a store, and moving two remotes at once made me very impatient).

So, anyone else playing this? I'm about to enter the second dungeon and am enjoying it so far. It gets off to a slow start as seems to be typical for Zelda games nowadays, but I am still having fun.

Mine is out for delivery. Can't wait for Christmas morning.

I was at BestBuy lastnight and I saw some kid demoing it and he couldn't get off this landing platform. He kept suiciding off and getting saved by this dude on a big bird. I'm going to spend 2 hours just jumping off that ledge

Can't waaaaaaaaaaaaait!!!

I'm taking this one slowly, as I like to make my Zelda experiences last. I'm in the first temple now, and it seems like it may be more on par with Ocarina than Wind Waker or Twilight Princess in terms of how complicated the temples are. I hope it keeps up.
