That’ll be an instabuy if the 4K version ever is available for purchase (or the other one gets upgraded). Honestly didn’t think it was going to happen since the disc is an Arrow release. Lionsgate sometimes follows StudioCanal releases but not Arrow that I know of.

Quick Question. With The Suicide Squad (2021) being released digitally tomorrow, it currently only shows HD in the store listing for pre-order. If I buy it tomorrow in HD, will it automatically upgrade to 4K when the 4K release drops next month?

Justice is Gray is in 4K DV, no atmos in iTunes extras. And it looks fantastic.

There's no theatrical cut anymore. 4K is 105 mins long.

I’m not a Snyder fan and had zero interest in his version of Justice League until I heard about the Justice is Gray version. It sounds very intriguing to me, as I suspect it would could look great in that aspect ratio. Not sure if I'll bite yet, but that’s great information to know.

Good question. I think it makes it clear to me that he has a specific artistic vision for it, and is not just trying to make eye-candy that sells tickets. I also really love classic film noir and would imagine it could have a similar vibe with the black and white combined with the classic Academy aspect ratio.

All of these, and many more, were purchased as HD on iTunes, but changed to 4K on MA when iTunes did it’s automatic upgrade. Perhaps it has not for you because you do not periodically disconnect and reconnect retailers on MA? Just speculating because I am going through my MA library checking and finding none that were not upgraded.

Perhaps you can cite an example where it was not upgraded for you and I can check my record!?

I have 30+ that were purchased or redeemed in iTunes as HD that later upgraded to 4k and not a single one re-ported to MA as 4k.

This is specifically from my 4k list of movies, they're not marked as MA in my list as they did NOT re-port to MA as 4k and it would be useless to have them marked as MA 4K since they are not. It was more of a list to know where my Disney/Marvel stuff was in 4k and what movies upgraded and then it grew to be my whole 4k list.
