Can anyone in USA purchase google play gift card via email delivery? - Blu-ray Forum

Currently I am not residing in US and I cant purchase the google play gift card email delivery from Target and Walmart due to the non US paypal address. I would like to buy gift card just for $10 which is why I don't make purchase from Amazon that require at least $25 for minimum purchase. Is there any member here possibly to do so? I could make the payment via paypal for paying back.Thanks in advance.
