"Only" 53. Then again I tend to either sell the codes to defray the costs of buying the BD new at retail to begin with, or else just buy the discs used in the first place. This is in line with my personal view that Digital Copies are not a proper "purchase" in the true sense of the word, but merely an indefinite lease that will only last as long as the service provider(s) deem it expedient to not shut down the servers or otherwise alter the terms of the deal.
Most of the titles in my MA library are from registering Disney Movie Rewards points for their DVD/BD releases back in the late 2000s / early 2010s without giving much/any thought to the digital copy aspect of their respective SKUs, or else from other studios' BD inserts that were left lying around for years before I noticed them. Since they were all so old as to be mostly unsaleable (due to being nominally "expired"), I just ran a bunch of them through the system and most of them worked.
