Recently got this TV and it's great, there seems to be one issue where it will adjust the brightness automatically but I've turned that feature off in settings, is there another setting that would be causing this?
Also do you think they will update it with Disney+ app once it launches in the UK? Thank you |

We just bought this one as well; a 55. I've noticed it seems dark a lot of the time. I'm baffled by the lack of an on timer and Alexas or Google's inability to turn this thing on by voice. Once it's on it seems to respond well. Do you have the same deficiencies?

That mechanism called global dimming, in dark scenes the tv reduces its backlight level to create a deeper image and reduce the backlight bleeding effect.
the only way to turn this off is through the service menu |
