Noticed lots of Disney movies are going rent only on Google Play, including Touchstone titles. Including
The Pirates of the Caribbean franchise
Tron and Tron Legacy
Who Framed Roger Rabbit
The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou
National Treasure 1 and 2
and more.

Wonder if its got something to do with losing revenue during covid?

Sucks because I wanted to add the above movies to my collection.

Must be something happening in the Canadian store only? I checked those titles in the US store and all are available to both buy & rent.

Google Canada was doing something. The movies are available again. But they cranked the prices on them. $22.99 for Tron Legacy.
