Blocked from Sony Rewards

I have been using a VPN on Sony rewards (I’m uk based) but last year they blocked my account,
Does anyone know a workaround for it? I was only using it for the free MA movies & hadn’t spend any of the points (around 5500)

why did they block you? They found out that you were outside the USA?

Your VPN is probably the cause of your account being blocked by Sony because the website is unable to access any information that's needed to keep your account active. The website is not disrupting your service, it's your VPN.

A error came up saying my account has been disabled and to contact them, which I did, they emailed saying
‘Your account has been disabled due to violation of our program terms’

Must be the vpn but they still email me weekly offering credit cards and to use my points up

Same just happened with me, wondering if it's permanent or temporary.

I’ve been unable to log in for about 6 months now but I still get their emails with offers etc
I’ve emailed a few times to ask for it to be unlocked but no luck so far
