Default Any good quality floor TV stands that you can recommend?

I'm looking to buy a floor TV stand mainly because my TV furniture is a bit on the flimsy side and while it works well for my Sony 43" TV, it will not be sturdy enough for something bigger when I eventually buy a bigger TV size. Since I don't have the space for a bigger, sturdier furniture, mainly due to my subwoofer taking up a lot of the space on the floor near the TV, I figured I'd try to buy one of those floor TV stands. That way, I get to mount my TV without actually having to go through the trouble of drilling holes on the wall.

I see a bunch of nice, inexpensive ones on Amazon, but before I buy them, I wanted to get people's input here. Since they seem a bit on the cheap side (and with cheap, I might get what I pay for), I want to make sure I'm not buying a piece of junk that will just collapse and destroy my TV.

Is something like this good?

If not, what do you recommend?

What is your budget and how much are you willing to spend for one because, a good quality tv stand is going to be more expensive. You don't want to get a cheap tv stand that's likely to collapse, then you'll have a broken tv.

Yeah, that's what I'm afraid of. Those PERLESMITH stands look nice, but the question is, are they sturdy enough? The reviews on Amazon look good, but past experiences tell me to take those reviews with a grain of salt.

$100 is fine for me to spend, but if I need to pay for something sturdier, then I'm willing to up my budget.

If you're not in a huge hurry start browsing Craigslist in your area. Sure, CL sellers often have an inflated idea of what their used stuff is still worth but you can snag some pretty decent deals and people selling furniture are often more willing to haggle.

Oh, and when you're shopping Amazon be sure to regularly check the used options from Amazon Warehouse. Some surprisingly good deals to be had that way.

Thanks, man! The Allejah one seems to be the best because my TV's VESA patterns are only 100 x 200. For the Cardone one, the smallest is 200 x 200, so don't think it will work with my TV. It's a shame tho, because I like the Cardone one better due to the two shelves.
