^ (to ghost busters one) I think the picture used for the first one would be better commericially due to it being a well known icon for the film. The second one has a good picture and is an improvement, but the ghost in the sailer costume makes it a little less obvious that it's ghostbusters (at least right away).

Good job on the second one, although try to not use the glow on the words.

Dude! That's the Stay Puffed Marsh-mellow Man who (at 500ft tall) terrorizes the city at the end of the movie. It is the ultimate form of the big baddie "Gozer". I thought it was iconic enough to be recognized.

As to the glow on the words, I was trying to imitate the glow behind the Ghostbusters title. I tried plain white, but it didn't look right. I Gaussian Blurred the words in white, then re-typed over them in black, and it looked better.

Suggestions would be welcome!

Firstly beansbaxter, you fricking rock! That is awesome.

If I didn't want those before... well I do now!

Secondly, here is an updated Ghostbusters cover with a little better text IMO.

I hope it passes inspection.

Do you think someone could post those fake Universal cases that popped up a while back? They were really cool but I cannot seem to find them now.

Here's a few more recent releases I'd buy in a heartbeat on Blu.

P.S. I know Sweeney Todd will be Blu outside the US, but when I checked Amazon.co.uk, I think it was almost $50 USD w/ shipping

I happen to know almost for a fact that the following release will likely never happen on Blu-Ray at all, and that even if it did, being that it's an old cartoon movie and all, it wouldn't have much to gain from the quality of Blu-Ray, but with me being a big fan and all, I would still buy it if it did come out...

I am excited, however, that the newer version of He-Man which ran on cartoon network from 2002 to 2004 is going to eventually make it's way on to Blu-Ray from what I've heard. So, that should be cool when that eventually happens. I will definately pick it up.
Dude...YES!!!!!
That was my childhood. He-Man and She-Ra. I would pay top dollar to have that just b/c of what it meant to me when I was little. AWESOME post!
