Default Recommendations for bedroom

I am remodeling my bedroom and adding another 140 SF. So thinking about sound so I can hear the tv from 20 feet away. What would everyone recommend for speaker setup. 3 speaker front system , sound bar, or should I use overhead speakers? Open to ideas so I can hear easily hear while in my bed but not have to crank the volume super high. Thanks in advance.

I guess "SF" = "square feet" (of space)?

I love the internet. Instead of just simply typing a few more letters, everything and anything is shorthanded and it results in more typing just to get everyone on the same page.

Anyhoo, good luck. I have no idea.
