PC got ray traced shadows this most recent update. Apparently its also coming to XSX at a later date.

I’m liking the update. The bubble camo is meh for an ability, and should make things visible to a certain degree looking out New gun is powerful and closest thing to the DMR, which I wish they just brought back. The new big map is great and having was having a blast playing it last night. Love when it’s Fiesta style and adds a ton of fun to the map. Plus the melee attacks actually seem to be working and not acting like a simple boop on the nose. Hopefully be getting some buddies on for a night of gaming later this week. Good update

Just the Single Player Campaign, which I haven't bought yet. I am only interested in buying it if it's worth it and I haven't heard anything good about the game thus far.

No SP added and iirc they announced they’re only working on MP going forward.

I really enjoyed the single player campaign, if you have Game Pass it is definitely worth playing through. Was there anything you heard that makes you not want to play?

For me, the story played out well, Master Chief was true to the character, the Weapon was a great addition, and the map had a lot of good exploration (non-linear but not exactly open world). There were a few glitches, including something that made a boss extremely difficult; not sure if the few glitches were patched. The only particularly negative thing I can think of is they dropped co-op, promised but not delivered. Didn't hurt the single player game, but it could have enhanced the experience.

I just know people have been complaining endlessly about the game and it has a ton of negative reviews. For me, the real draw to Halo is the immersive single-player - and co-op - experience, but I'm not a Halo meathead that bickers over the novels and TV show, so I don't have strong opinions about anything Halo-related.

I didn't know it was sold separately. I just bought the game, and it had the campaign.

It was definitely good. Best one yet I think.

Well I'm not Halo diehard, maybe that is why I still had fun. If you have time, maybe just play the first level and see if it grabs you or if you agree with those negative reviews.

Since you mentioned it...the Halo TV show was awful! It's not even a Halo problem, it was just bad.

Halo Infinite's campaign is very good and easily the best campaign 343i has made.
