If these get a UK release, I'll probably pick them up with the third film. Just revisited these so not in a rush to see them again. Blu Rays of both films look absolutely stonking on my set though so I'm having a tough time imagining there'll be that much of a noticeable upgrade.
My collection is very out of date. A lot bought and a lot sold since I last updated it.

Apologies if you were joking, but every thread that announces an upcoming release someone always has to post...”This gets a release and not...”

7.8 on IMDB.

How many 4K releases so far can beat that?

Not many.

It's almost as if that's the whole point of the joke...

Got to admit I've become pretty bad at picking it up ever since I turned 20 or so, since most people I know had grown out of using sarcasm as a valid form of communication/humor several years before. Considering that I'm almost 40 now, that means I've had a hell of a time figuring out exactly what the hell people are trying to say on the internet for nearly half my life.
Setup: LG OLED65B6P, Sony HT-ST5000, and Oppo 203
Top 10 UHDs (so far) of 2018:
[Show spoiler]Hell or High Water, Blade Runner 2049, Phantom Thread, Marrowbone, Ready Player One, Groundhog Day, The Equalizer, Three Billboards outside Ebbing Missouri, Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation, and Paddington 2

I got the sarcasm, which is why I said, “apologies if you were joking”. The problem is it’s just not very funny or original. So I hope you retire that “joke”.

Because the third film is coming out next year why not?

Plus this is a very beautiful-looking animated movie. Would love the first one and the Kung Fu Pandas too.
I thought the hurricane season was over!

I'm in for it, though, I do like the original a whole lot better.

The first is getting a 4K too. As for KFP, I'm sure it could happen eventually. If they go ahead with 3 more films, that would probably increase chances.
Looking for these slipcovers:
Killjoys: Season One
Outlander S1V1 and V2
The White Queen

I would assume this edition will include Dolby Atmos, or god forbid a Universal DTS-X remix.
