Default Best place to buy physical comics online?

I don't have a LCS over here on Guam so I have to get everything online. Not interested in digital comics as I already have a Marvel Unlimited account and I use Comixology a fair bit. So I was wondering if there are any good places (other than the obvious Amazon) that I could get comics cheaper than retail? Any help would be awesome.

Have you ever checked out Comic Collector Live ?

It is compromised of independent sellers, but you can search and get all prices for specific books. Usually they'll have very good prices on released only a few months old. The downside is since it is independent sellers, you need to find one that has a large quantity of what you want before you order, which can take time. But from what I've found, the cost savings outweight the extra effort.

As I live in the US, I'm unsure of what types of services or prices the sellers offer on shipping there, but it would be worth a look.

There is also this site called ebay…I think it's relatively new but it is pretty decent if you know what to look for.

In seriousness, if you are looking for good deals on certain comics, like keys, then I fully recommend the CGC message board. This is ran by people who know comics and treat them with respect. You will find both slabbed and raw copies available on there…usually at prices better than ebay.

I really want to start using this service, I just need to take the plunge and order a few months in advance. Their prices are amazing.

Second on this, that is what I used for the longest time. Sadly, comics were on the chopping block at the family grew. When I get these kids out of the house, back they come LOL

This. Plus, they usually have discounts/sales on a regular basis. It's a great way to fill the gaps in your collection.

Totally giving them a shot on my next order. Midtown has really been dropping the ball in packing. In the last three months, I've received more than a few orders that were OVER-packed, resulting in dents in every comic's bottom left spine. They used to be great, but seem to have hired people who have no idea how to safely pack paper.

Since I am in NYC, I have actually gone to midtown comics - they have a few, well run, locations and excellent stock.

How do you like the Marvel Unlimited subscription?

Thanks for the recommendations on instocktrades. Got my order today; awesome prices, fast shipping, and absolutely amazing packaging. Starting to re-collect a few titles in omnibus and trade paperback form after selling most of my collection in the late-90s. These are definitely my go-to guys in the future.

I use mycomicshop.com for most back issues and rarities (their auctions are fantastic!), but I actually get my new comics from midtowncomics.com, I just like the way they manage their subscription service and prices are great as well (including free shipping if you have your comics shipped at a frequency that you can get $75+ worth at a time). They also come with very nice bags and boards. Occasionally if milehighcomics.com has a 60% off codeword then their prices can be worth ordering from them as well.
