Default Purchase History Missing

I used to be able to see all MA movies for Google Play in the YouTube purchase history. It would show me when a movie was added from MA and whether or not it was HD or UHD. This doesn't seem to work any more. Has this changed? Is there a new way to find this info?

Maybe this has something to do with the switch to Google TV?

Are u looking at https://www.youtube.com/feed/purchases ? I don't get why this link even exists... u were probably looking for https://www.youtube.com/purchases instead? The 2nd link will tell u if it's UHD and how much u paid etc.

I was looking at the 2nd link. It no longer give you the purchase history information. I used to be able to see all my MA movies, the date they were added and the resolution (HD, UHD). This doesn't seem to be available anymore.

On my PC when I went in I saw that info but it went away after I refreshed. There is a selection at the top now called "manage purchases and refunds" that will display that info again for you.

I did not see this option via the app on my phone though. Just on my PC.

I have looked everywhere on the Google Purchases screen and cannot see that selection. Can you tell me how you got there? Is there a direct link? I have tried using Safari and Chrome and searched every option in Settings, Library and Subscriptions. The youtube.com/purchases link now takes you to something called Paid memberships and wants you to start free trials.

My apologies. I misread your posting. I thought you were looking for it on the youtube page and not Google play. I found it via youtube webpage.

Yes, I am looking from the Youtube.com website. Can you post a link of where you see this section? It seems like it's been completely removed in favor of signing up for free trials.

Adaytoremember already posted the link but here it is again. You may need to scroll up to see the manage button per the screen capture. Also note this is on my computer. The youtube app on my iphone doesn't have that selection.
Youtube.com via safari on my iphone didn't have the option either until I selected "request desktop site". Then the manage button appeared.

It may be a browser thing. Used the link you provided on my PC and there isn't an option between "Your movies" and "Watch later" on my screen.

Thanks for confirming it's not just me. I do not have that link either on my account. I tried with both Safari and Chrome on a Mac. I give up now. Thanks everyone!

I just checked firefox and IE vs chrome (which I was initially using) and didn't have the issue.

However if I narrow my browser window the purchases option as well as other selections disappear. Try widening your browser window or making it full size to see if that helps.

Looks like they have a bug where if your browser window is to narrow alot of your choices disappear.

On my 4k monitor widening the browser window toggles the selections however on my 1080p monitor I couldn't make the window wide enough to get the selections back.
Looks like if you click the paragraph icon thing in the uppper left hand corner you can toggle the selections on and off.
See screen capture cause not sure if that icon is really called a paragraph icon, maybe menu icon?

But it does look to be a functionality change with youtubes page and not you!!!

Their page is pretty goofy.
I got a different variations after clicking in multiple spots where I had to click movies & shows (see screen capture) before I got the selection for purchases.
You did find a real doozy. Very poor implementation of their website for a customer friendly user interface.

Tried the menu (paragraph) click and it just make the side bar skinny with less options.
thumbnail_IMG_2383.jpg

Clicked widens with more options, but don't see movies like your above post
thumbnail_IMG_2384.jpg

This is where I see Movies and shows and it has a purchased tab where I can see movies and shows in my library. Don't see any indication of 4K or UHD

My purchases options is too all my movies aquired via movies anywhere. Your screen does look different than mine. If you dont have that selection perhaps your movies anywhere account is no longer linked to youtube/google play? I’ve also never bought anything via google play or youtube so perhaps i have different options due to that?

It has over 900 movies and so I assume it is still linked. Chappie was just converted Mobile D2D on Monday. Definitely. didn't pay for more than a dozen from google play. No clue, but not too worried as I don't watch movies from this and really didn't know about that screen a week ago.

I just switch from my gmail account that is linked to my movies anywhere to my yahoo account and now i dont have that purchases selection. That appears to only be there for your movies anywhere account.

I do occasionally check my movies anywhere account links since sometimes they get unlinked for some reason. Unlinking movies anywhere connections only unlinks. It doesnt remove any movies that have already ported between movies anywhere and the other clients that you link.

Huh? Are you sure you don't have brand accounts or something?

I use the same email for all my accounts so they're always linked.

Mine shows the exact same thing in both even though the URL is different.
