Patty Jenkins is lucky she was even being considered for WW3 after the mess that was WW84. She was losing projects left and right after that abomination (and probably for good reason) and now she's acting entitled because she can't retain full creative control?

The only upside to releasing a Funko Pop of her is that it's true to her character.

Every director now wants to be an auteur who produces and writes their own films as well. They want those screenwriting and producing residuals.

Even 2 of my favorite directors, Christopher Nolan and Zack Snyder, shouldn't be the screenwriters of their films. Just based on each's last film.

It's just where did the glowing reputation come from? I remember when she got announced for Wonder Woman, Campea was making videos about how amazing she was and how DC just won the director lottery. I was asking in the comments "how is she amazing?", from Monster?

Her funko sits alongside Spike Lee and Hitchcock. I feel like there's a glitch in the Matrix.

The idea of Steve Trevor coming back a THIRD time makes me glad this went in the trash. I don't mind the character, but the way he was brought back in WW1984 was already beyond stupid. I just don't think there was any salvaging this after how awful that movie was.

Also, good thing that Jenkins' Rogue Squadron didn't pan out, we don't need the SW brand tarnished even further after the Sequel trilogy and Kenobi show.

In context of the DCEU, she must of seemed like a Kubrick or Lee, as the first Wonder Woman at least felt like a real movie rather than a PS4 game, that was edited in a woodchipper.

The first WW is a great movie but the ending of the movie is staggeringly bad. I think act 1 and act 2 of WW (2017) are great. Wonder Woman is sent into the world to stop an entity causing the war. You would think the climax would be that it isn't an entity but men themselves causing the death and destruction, that clearly should have been the theme and message.

I couldn't believe it when Ares is introduced and is actually responsible for the war. Also, the lighting and action were terrible. Thematically and visually the climax is TERRIBLE. But act 1 and act 2 (for me) are so good you can forgive the poor climax. I feel the same way about Iron Man 1.

If Jenkins was released after WW 1 I would feel sorrow but after the frankly disgracful WW84 WB can't get rid of Jenkins fast enough.

I think WW84 is the worst superhero movie I have ever seen.
Even in Green Lantern, the training montage scene is amazing. (IMHO) there isn't a single redeeming scene in the entire movie of WW84.

Many mediocre comic book films in the past 15 years, but for some reason people think that only Patty Jenkins should never work again after making one mediocre comic book film... I wonder why?
