Can someone sell me on Mononoke? I bought Ayakashi but haven't gotten around to watching it yet. I'm big on anime horror but I don't recall having much of a reaction from the trailer they showed during a panel.

Ayakashi is an anthology with more or less 3 separate productions, with the 3-episode Bake Neko arc being by far the best of the bunch and the one that inspired further adventures in Mononoke. If you had an hour you could give it a quick watch and decide if you wanted more. Bake Neko is very, very good, and Mononoke, while IMO not quite living up to Bake Neko, is still worth it to see more of the Medicine Peddler's adventures.

EDIT: IDK which trailer you saw, but the upcoming Mononoke movie's trailer features as a recap trailer for both Bake Neko and the various Mononoke arcs as well, and really shows off its unique style:

Majestic Prince I could upgrade from DVD...eventually.

I think I'll give it a blind-buy. My issue with whatever trailer I saw before was that it was more focused on the art style that I didn't really see what the narrative was about. That recap trailer makes it look like it'll be up my alley, and the reception of the series is pretty positive.

I wonder if they'll be able to release the short 2-minute Sayonara Zetsubou-Sensei + Katte ni Kaizou movie (shown between the NegiMa Final and Hayate no Gotoku movies), but it's never been released on disc in Japan AFAIK, and the only evidence I can find that it ever existed is one blog post and one twitter post (archived in case they're taken down):
