Is it not even giving you the option? I just added the same items to my basket and it offers Free Delivery (3-5 Days). It says "Delivery: £2.49" but takes it off as a promotion - has done that for a while now, at least a year or so.

Currently some title are listed as 3 for £ 20 and 2 for £ 10, which means that you get a lot of discount.
If you order 6 of those titles, in the end you pay £ 2,5 each. Some titles are:

An American Werewolf in London
American Beauty
Chinatown
12 Monkeys
Shutter Island
Walkabout
On the Waterfront
From here to Eternity
etc

Excellent find as long as you are in the UK.

I've still got three items sitting in my basket unpurchased - two from the 2 for £10 and one from the three for £20 - and the discount is still being applied.

It says:
Promotions applied
2 for £10
3 for £20
Free shipping
Promotion applied

However, I might want to change one of the items, and don't know if doing so would throw things off?

Anyone want to try applying items we've already identified as being applicable into a basket along and see what it says at checkout?

I'd just checkout if I were you. Mind, double discount now may not apply.

I can't find the 3 for 20 quid offer on Amazon anywhere now.

Just done two items that are in the 2 for 10 and 3 for 20 - then added a 3 for 20 item... and it's still working as 'normal' - ahem

Nice one. Mine came to 6 for £17.03 all 6 in both promotions

Went for:

Chinatown
Guns of Navarone
Big Lebowski
Truman Show
American Werewolf in London
Scrooged (was pretty much just for filler, never really fancied it)

I went for Scrooged myself - I have a feeling it'll be better than I remembered, and I quite liked it the first time around (Bill Murray, Bobcat Goldthwait, Carol Kane etc)! I already have all the others you got, apart from An American Werewolf in London (waiting for them to announced the new restoration over here). Slightly annoying about The Guns of Navarone, as I bought a copy on eBay very recently for about twice as much as it was in this offer! But I guess I couldn't have known that at the time.

The Truman Show is one of my favourite films. Can't believe the number of people who hadn't already bought it! Ditto Chinatown...

Juts love Scrooged - glad to have a BR as I always end up watching a crappy version on TV

With stuff like Chinatown, I was thinking of importing (for extras etc), but, at this price, it's a no-brainer - and a good way to build up on classic movies.

For me it was a handy mopup for titles I'd been sitting on the fence about upgrading again (I had half of them on laser disc and two on Super 8mm film!) and one Christmas present:

THE BIG LEBOWSKI
THE DARK CRYSTAL
ESCAPE FROM ALCATRAZ
THE FRIGHTENERS
HELLBOY II: THE GOLDEN ARMY
THE HUNT FOR RED OCTOBER
THE QUICK AND THE DEAD
12 MONKEYS
TWISTER
WATERSHIP DOWN

Came to an average of £3.29. Bizarrely adding Watership Down to the order only put the total price up by £1.10 at the time I ordered.

I think really for me with Scrooged is the concept , can only really see a Christmas Carol so many times regardless of the different take on it. But for the price if i dont like it i can always sell it

I knew American Werewolf in London is meant to be a weak transfer but was just filling gaps in my collection of well known films i like but not got round to buying. Same with the others really, i only really buy things on offer or when its a glitch etc. May aswell get more bang for your buck since they usually just end up on the "watch later " pile for months/years
