Just watched John Wick earlier...not much else to add that hasn't already been mentioned, but the Red Circle club scene is just an awesome visual feast.
I just ordered: Lone Survivor from Amazon, and then took advantage of the Target sale: The Girl on the Train, Argo, and Hacksaw Ridge.

Last watched xmen apocalypse because the pq is just nuts and I love the xmen.

Watching on the Samsung UHD player. Not a shot at anyone, but that Philips looks just silly to me. I like to look at my equipment on the theatre stand. That ones just too small.

I'm using the Samsung K8500 player. It's been excellent.

I'm using the same player and aside from not being able to access the menu on my copy of Warcraft (there was a firmware update that fixed that thankfully) I haven't had an issue with any further disks.

Deepwater Horizon was good. Seemed like a tame use of HDR, but the image was excellent.

Just got done watching John Wick. Man that is now one of my favorite 4K movies. The picture is super clear and detailed, and the color reproduction is perfect.

Warcraft was the last one I watched, had some friends over for dinner and they wanted to see it. The last one I bought, if we don't count pre-orders, was Ice Age 5 (with pre-orders it is Harry Potter 5-7.2)

Just watched The Martian extended edition last night, great 4K/HDR, but the sound kept getting out of sync on my Xbox One S...

Also just ordered Hacksaw Ridge, Allied and Patriot's Day from Target, and am expecting Billy Lynn and Arrival to, um, arrive in the mail fro Deep Discount tomorrow.

Watched the Last Witch Hunter tonight. Wow, the 4K really exceeded expectations. The colors and detail in the effects heavy scenes were amazing. The only downside is consistency, as while there were plenty of amazing looking scenes, there were also scenes that looked just good. Still highly recommended though.

I watched most of Lone Survivor last night. It looked really good IMO. I'll have to finish the rest of it tonight because I fell asleep about halfway through.

I agree that the Lucy UHD HDR disk looks great, as does Sully, which I also have. Better yet, both have terrific TrueHD Atmos soundtracks.

Do it. You won't be let down. It's a worthy upgrade, especially for the price that it's at!
