Quick question, I never pre-order games from BB, do they charge for the game up front or when it's ready to ship? Thanks!

"You will not be charged at the time you place the pre-order. Only when your item ships will your credit card be charged. If you order additional items along with your pre-order, you will be charged for each item as it ships."

Not necessarily.

When you pay through PayPal they charge you right away. I know from experience.

I would guess that it did not take paypal into account when it was written since it might not have been heavily in use or even an option at the time. Most of the time at most sites, if you use Paypal, the charge is immediate. If you just use a credit/debit card, then you shouldn't get charged for it though might get a temporary holding charge or whatever it's called, the kinda that falls off after a couple days.

Thanks guys! I know when you pay anywhere with PayPal they take payment right away, at least anywhere I’ve pre-ordered from and paid with PayPal has.

I would guess someone deleted the graphic a couple days early in the product page. This has happened before, but I don’t remember why. Even if it doesn’t give you a credit since it still says so on the main promo page they should manually add it if you contact them.
