Target is currently offering 15% off sitewide. This also includes pre-orders, such as Tales of Vesperia: Definitive Edition. The only drawback is that they will do weekly authorizations of your credit card to ensure money is there, so sending the money in advance via Paypal is recommended.

I checked Tales of Vesperia on Amazon, and it currently is being offered for $7.50 off of its $49.99 price tag (which is 15% off). Not sure if this is for Prime members exclusively or open to all. Amazon will NOT charge your card until the item ships, and any price they sell it to you at is locked in (including discounts).
