Made it in over 50 just under the wire! Good month for movies, though every December is a good month as a Christmas movie junkie. But now those are put back to rest for another year. Happy New Year!

Watched 42 films this month. Towards the beginning it didn't seem like I was going to watch that many movies, especially since I wasn't as interested in watching Christmas type films this year. But I picked up at the end and got through 6 recommendations.

Dec Recap

Well I was in the hospital over Christmas. I seem to lack all energy to watch movies. I started one, a Brit Noir and I promptly fell asleep. I'm fighting pneumonia so that's certainly a good reason.

I only managed 47 this month. Lots of Christmas movies but my Totals are way down and I managed only 3 in my favourite category. Well hoping for better results this month.

Phew, I ended up watching a few more movies than I’d anticipated. This was my best month in a long, long time. I made it though a little more than half of the For Your Consideration screeners I need to watch ahead of voting and I also watched nearly 3/4 of the films in my 100 Years of Olympics boxset. I hope to get both of those subcategories polished off in January.

I ended the year with 710 films watched: a new record for me, at least since I started keeping track on Letterboxd in 2014.
