Only reason why I'm buying the UK release is I get all my Arrow directly through them. Gonna use my Reward Points in this months sale towards it. (Gonna happen later in the month.)

I'm glad this isn't one of those limited editions with the extra stuff. Just a simple single case release, saves shelf space.

Yup. This will be one of the few times where I probably won't flip the artwork. That looks great.

Damn, that looks so bad-ass and awesome! Completely fits the film.
Should headline both Robert De Niro and Jean Reno.

Ronin was the last decent film before the rot set in with De Niro. Looking forward to upgrading from the old blu, which itself was a substantial upgrade over the old, old DVD.

Yeah I watched the old BD last year I think. Seem to remember it looking quite flat, but much better than the DVD I owned in my teens. Looking forward to seeing it in 4K and the package of extras Arrow are including should make it a tidy little upgrade. Frankenheimer is one of a handful of directors whose work I'm happy to double-dip on.

PS: 52 Pick-Up high on my wishlist for the Arrow sale in a couple of weeks. Never seen it but do like Roy Scheider (might get Cohen & Tate too depending on price). As for other Frankenheimer, I'm hoping we'll get Birdman of Alcatraz and Black Sunday from MoC/Arrow/Signal One/Indicator in the near future, and maybe Seven Days of May and Grand Prix as part of that HMV Premium Collection.

Yep totally agree unfortunately! Its all been really downhill for De Niro films since then.

That's true, and signalled the end of one last good run in the 90's (e.g. Goodfellas, Cape Fear, Casino, Heat, Jackie Brown). Hope Scorsese's upcoming The Irishman regenerates his career a bit, since he had obviously been his most vital collaborator in the 70's and 90's.

PS: Some say Pacino's career went the same way after Insomnia, but I'd urge them to seek out Manglehorn for something of a delicate return to form. De Niro has yet to do something similar, but that might just be because he hasn't found the right project yet. I do want to see that new Barry Levinson HBO film about Bernie Madoff though.

I prefer the regular artwork but anytime it comes with a sleeve, I use the other art so I can have best of both worlds

Was looking forward to the alternate artwork for this film, but this is Extremely disappointing!!!, it's like they didn't even try. Some of the other ARROW Artwork has been excellent
This is crap!!! and i'm not happy saying that.

I really like it. Except I would've listed both Robert De Niro and Jean Reno.

The Artwork on the booklet looks like an image that was created from scratch, and that had more work gone into it than the one used on the cover.
