I did something I first thought was going to be crazy, but turned out to be perfect.

I mounted the old 65in Plasma on the wall in the bedroom.

It didn't leave me much room for a center channel.

Did you pay the extra dough on Disney+ to watch Black Widow?

I had plan to watch it, I some how missed the first night.
The next day, I didn't hear enough good reviews.

I don't want to spend the $30 for a bad movie.

No. I will wait until it’s on regular Mouse+ for us unwashed masses.

Back in March I bought X-Rite i1Display Pro Plus and calman for LG software. Guess who has been extremely lazy.. I have watched tons of calman training vids, but just haven't started.

I don't know if it's because I'm extremely happy with the picture or gaming just took priority each night.... lol

You don't want to rush into it. Lol. I feel your pain. If you're happy throw in Destiny and call it a day.

I watched Jungle Cruise last night. Fun movie.

That's a good way of putting it.. really don't want to rush... lol

I went to watch Jungle Cruise tonight, but I didn't know it was under the premium Access. I changed my mind, but I have a feeling I will pay sooner...

No Destiny!!!!

But a damn good looking game is 'Demon's Souls' and fun

what up Wabo? i saw your light was on and realized i haven't had my civil rights F'd over in a while so I stopped in for a visit!

hope you and the family are doing well and are safe.

oh, i cut the cord on cable last week turned in my DVR boxes and my old Cable Modem. got a new modern Cable Modem and that's it for Crazy Uncle Solarrdadd. i hadn't turned on the cable boxes in months and didn't really watch regular tv since i don't know when. i only watch a couple hours a night if that. i was paying a fukload for the boxes to be at my place doing nothing except adding to my electric bill.

i was already paying for the separate apps i use for streaming so my total was $56 and to top that off, my internet is included in my lease under amenities with my gym and pool and all the other stuff on campus here so, my cable bill is now $0 that's nice, considering it was $315 just last month!

There’s no need to rush. My motto is why do today what you can put off until tomorrow.

Yeah, Jungle Cruise is a premium access. So loosen up your purse strings and stretch those alligator arms in your deep pockets. The Rock needs new gold plated weights.

Demon Souls? Sounds like a good movie.

The Cosmic Pop! What's going on?

Wait. So you have a gym and pool membership that includes internet at home? Dayum! Flex Mentallo is real.

We cut the cord awhile ago too. Feels good, doesn't it? We're 100% a streaming family. We (wife and kids) need live tv, so we have YouTube TV for that. And of course all the other apps. Which is still less than what I was paying for DirecTV. $315 for your cable bill? Did I read that right? Ouch. That gym membership is a steal.

Welp, I gotta make some changes before I can calibrate the TV.

basically, bought a usb extension cable and the camera doesn't like it. I was using a desktop instead of a laptop. my laptop is old.

So you need a new laptop before you can calibrate? Sounds like too much of a hassle. For an old dog like me at least. Just a walk in the park for a young buck such as yourself.

Watched my Alita UHD disc last night. Saw it in the theater way back, but realized I’ve never watched it at home. It looks spectacular. Fun movie too.

i live in an apartment. part of my lease amenities fee ($65/month) includes a full gym (sauna too), pool, mini golf, darts, kids areas, dog parks and hiking trails (with more stuff to come) as well as my internet access up to 150mbps. it's a sweet deal, private for renters only so, it's nice and the internet speed is plenty for me since i live alone and the cat don't believe in streaming, she says physical media or kiss her ass!

Specs for the software, the old laptop isn't up to par.... lol

**** little edit here***
I could have sworn my laptop wasn't up to par... I just went to both websites(software & hardware) to copy and paste the specs here, but it appear I got something wrong and my laptop maybe ok. I will goof with it tonight...

Ahhhhhhh YES!!!! great choice of Alita on 4k. I didn't make it to the movies to see it, but bought the bluray and loved it. Double dipped and bought the 4k, but haven't watched that version yet. I have been in the middle of the home theater sin. I have not re-calabrated since the theater re-do. with all of these added acoustic panels, I do not know why I haven't recalibrated yet(oh wait, I know why: Lazy)...
