Default Samsung HW-MS650 no bass

Hi
just bought this soundbar and tested in my TV room and no bass and the sound sounds very thin and not very good at all, my Philips Fidelio x2 sounds 10 times better and my room is square, I have moved my sweet spot, etc but only way to get the bass is behind me close to the wall.

Tested down in my living room and the room there is not a square room and it sounds much better there then in my tv room.

What do I have to do to get a good sound in my room?

What do you have to do? Take it back if you can and get a better model. The bar, not the room.

I bought the similarly "all in one" Samsung N400 for the bedroom. I too thought the sound was very thin, and the bars attempts at bass were very muddy and aurally displeasing. I threw caution to the wind and replaced it with a Sony ZF9. The difference is staggering (as it should be given the price difference...)

Hi
Yea I could do that, but as I said in my living room the sound and bass is better than in my tv room where I have my Oled tv, so then I guess it has something with the room and not the soundbar.

Of course, a pricer soundbar will be better, but my soundbar got good reviews so again it must be my room. not audiophile so I don't know if it is my room, but just a guess.
