Help with home theater for 4K

Last year, I bought a 4K TV and player. I want to get a home theater system, but don't want something overly expensive. Also, some of the other family members don't want something incredibly loud. I want something that will work enhance the 4K experience. I need a receiver, speakers and subwoofers. Also, I read that some people recommend audio equipment for Super Bowl sales instead of Black Friday. Thank you for your help.

A home theater in a box, or a soundbar would be nice if you don't have a lot of space and they're both inexpensive. A home theater in a box includes the receiver, subwoofer and speakers all for one price. Here are a couple of HTiB to look at, but there more:

Hi banjo, Not overly expensive is what kind of Budget? Are we talking $500 or $2000?

For 2K I would recommend HSU research Whole 5.1 for $1539 then you get $460 for a good receiver.
