4K anime will look really good when they start making it all in that 3DCG format that neoz dislikes so much... Just think, eventually all anime is going to look like Harlock, Appleseed Alpha, Final Fantasy Spirits Within, FF VII... and Avatar. Lol.

Oh my God screw that. I would stop buying anime as it would look like liquid crap. I'd rather shove bamboo shoots under my finger nails, heck I'd rather be back in Iraq then ever have this happen.

Only if they manage to finally make CG in anime look good. Most of it still does not look very good, and the upcoming Berserk anime is going to be a prime example.

I really don't think it'll happen (if ever) for quite a few years.

BD has 16 million colors, UHD-BD has up to 1 billion. Um, yes -- I would LOVE to see some anime on UHD-BD.

When the time comes, I'll probably re-buy my favorite Ghibli movies and stop at that.

Ajin is CG based and I thought it was fine. Felt a little too doll like for some movements and was not a fan of the backdrops, but otherwise it was fine. I still prefer other methods and I believe in Japan the CG of it was disliked enough as well.

Default Rightstuf order issues

Hi don't know if anyone has experienced this but I've tried to make an order using PayPal on rightstuf payment says pending on PayPal but when I try and complete the order on rightstuf it says exception on submitting order and I don't know why it's doing this I've emailed rightstuf to find out what is happening but no response yet anyone else experienced this issue. I'm worried I'm going to lose the money not get my order.

I always use paypal when it's an option and can't say I've ever had a problem with Rightstuf. Usually, the checkout process takes you to paypal where you log in and confirm payment. Then it takes you back to Rightstuf and you hit the button to confirm the order. It's hard to understand from your description where during this process it says pending.

You realise Universal released Seraph on BD in the UK with almost all the content from the Japanese singles right? It costs about the same as Funi's barebones LE.

It's regions a and b. I usually import but AL's Assassination Classroom set is the same as Funi's other than the spine having white writing rather than black, and Universal Pictures UK's release has much more extras than Funi's release - it would be better to get the UK releases.

Just saw a preview of this on the second disc of Darker Than Black and it looked pretty interesting. From the creators of Bebop and Champloo... why am I just now hearing about it? Anyway looked it up on Amazon, saw that thre was a SAVER version for $20 something and I went ahead and got it along with The Last Guardian CE and John Wick (woohoo 6 mo no interest!). Anyway does this version come with the complete series or do I have to buy the second part too?
