Viz have released Netflix titles on BD, so I imagine the Rohan OVAs will come at some point in the far future.
Sailor Moon is another story though, as iirc they reportedly pissed of the Mangaka big time to the point where they pulled the international licensing rights.

Viz acquired the license for the original Sailor Moon series in 2014, so if its a normal 7 year license it will expire this year

Possible. However, for series that require a lot of work (here due to the number of episodes and the production of a new dub), longer terms aren't unusual.

No animation or air date is kind of annoying though. But I'm glad it was announced. Hopefully we see it this year.
