Disney Infinity Deals (R.I.P. Disney Infinity)

Hey guys,

Any new or upcoming deals for the figures or power discs you've seen? My wife and I recently got the game, and we're teaching our 2 1/2 year old daughter how to play as well. We have so much fun with it, but the obsessive collector side of me needs more figures and power discs! lol

Which do you have, 1.0, 2.0 or Marvel Heroes?

Next week, Best Buy will have buy 2 figures, save $5. Not as good as past deals though.

Yeah I got Disney 2.0 for Xmas. I took advantage of a lot of good deals during the holidays and bought the entire Marvel Avengers set (my wife could only find the Disney Originals start set when she ordered it), as well as a few single 1.0 characters.

I got a handful of discs, and I'm just trying to keep up on new deals so I can take advantage without going broke.

Probably not a very helpful reply, but..
Kmart has their entire gaming section on clearance. If you have one, it might be worth checking out.
I stopped by my local Kmart last night, there were hardly any games left, no accessories, but there were still a lot of Disney Infinity stuff starting at $5, and a few skylanders.

Marvel Heroes is 2.0, as is the toybox starter pack. There are two starter packs for 2.0 for whatever reason.

ToysRUs has the 2 figure playsets on sale for $25.99 ($10 off) at the moment. This includes the following:

1) Marvel Super Heroes (2.0 Edition) - Spider-Man Play Set

2) Marvel Super Heroes (2.0 Edition) - Guardians of the Galaxy Play Set

3) Marvel Super Heroes (2.0 Edition) - The Avengers Play Set

and also the Toy Story, Cars, and Lone Ranger sets.

Don't forget Target also price matches, so if you have their Red Card you can also knock another 5% off the total.

Yes they do.. I did it today. I bought the Spiderman and Guardians sets. Price matched them for $25.99 each, then I used a 5% coupon that was mailed to me on top of that. Then used my Red Card to knock an additional 5% off.

I printed off pictures of the 2 sets from the toysrus site and brought it with me. She didn't even look at the pages....she looked up their website on her computer and price matched. No questions asked.

That must be new. I looked at the website back in December and Toys R us wasn't listed. I even called and they put me on hold and came back and said Nope.

That sucks. Sounds like you were speaking with someone that was lazy! I know in my area they've been doing for a while at least as I had them price match some Turtles toys a few months ago from TRU. A lot of it depends on who you talk to in those places.

Toys R Us has buy 1 get one 40% off all accessories. Includes figures, binders, playsets, etc, but I don't know about discs.

I've also found great deals on the 1.0 stuff (I've since picked up a used copy and all the playsets) on Microsoftstore.com. THey have the Cars, Toy Story and Lone Ranger sets for 14.99 a piece, Mike Wazowski is 5.99, as well as a few harder to find figures like Francesco (Cars) for 12.99.

Best Buy is also running the 24.99 sale for the 2.0 playsets.

I ordered the Spider-Man and GotG sets from Best Buy yesterday. $19.99 with GCU discount and I had $20 in reward certs so it was $21.38 shipped for both sets.

This is very of YMMV, & more for those that either just started getting DI or don't have Aladdin and or Jasmine.

I'm in NYC, so we have a healthy number of TRU stores. I was at the Queens, Junction Blvd store last night & they had $10 off all playsets. I got Aladdin & Jasmine's Toy Box pack $21. I wanted to get another for my niece but this store only had 1. I went to 3 other TRU stores last night (Best Buy wouldn't honor since it said $10 off & not a set price) & they didn't have the $10 off signage, but all of the stores, even the Junction Blvd one, had "buy one one get one 40% off signage". The 1st two stores I went to didn't have the new playset but the 3rd store did (Bronx, near Yankee Stadium) I asked the CS rep if they would honor the price at the other store & she said yes. Then I asked if I was to buy another accessory would 40% be taken off, she didn't know, so I grabbed a binder to test it out & it worked.

I'm sure some of you may know that next week Best Buy will have the stand alones for $10. ($8 if you have GCU) I'm pointing this out because the Aladdin Toy Box pack comes with 2 power discs which I don't think will be sold separately like the GotG or Stitch & Merida 2 packs, which are $20. So the only way to get it is by getting the combo pack. If your local TRU doesn't have the $10 off signage & you can get your store to honor the below pic, you can get the new Aladdin pack with 2 power disc for $21. This is a way better deal than buying Aladdin & Jasmine separate at Best Buy, even at $8. Also, if you can possibly get an additional item at 40% off.

I assume there is no sale or trade forum for DI stuff here, right? The Facebook one is unresponsive and just seems like it's kind of crazy and unorganized at times.

I have web codes and discs I could sell, but didn't know if there was a place on here to do so.

don't know if it's all targets but the one by me, had the sorcerers mickey 2.0 marked down to $9 something on clearance but they had 7 of them so it appeared they were being moved to sell

It's probably all Targets (unless you're talking about the Target by Yankee Stadium ) The Target by me has them for $9.76 I think in a clearance section. I would have bought it but I have Mickey from 1.0.
