Looking at the Y adapter you use, did you run one cable to first sub then use Y into it then run second from other end?

I cant see it making a difference but I get one sub getting a signal about 10 seconds before other kicks in. Thats why I ask.

Yes. I have the Y-adapter hooked up to my sub's output at my receiver's end and then have two separate sub cable wires at the end of the Y-adapter.

Also, I do get the same response as well. The sub on the right kicks in first, and then about 1 or 2 seconds later, the left sub kicks in.

10 seconds to kick the other one on is a long time. Maybe you're using a different cable?

I'm still waiting for my 2 eD sub risers to come in

You might want to check out the Home Theater sections. There's plenty of members there that can help you out.

As a matter of fact, just after the last post I started everything up and within a sec or two it did register. What I thought was weird was the first sub I connected the Y adapter to was and has been the second to respond.
All is good and the sound is great. Thx for the quick answer.

Hello, and Im new. Im a big movie fan and ive decided to go blue ray. I have a 52in phillips lcd and im looking forward to enjoying the look of blue ray on it. I also researching home theater so i can enjoy the sound as well.

Hi all, I'm finishing a B. Ed. degree (I'm going to be a high school English teacher, corrupting the minds of the youth) in Canada and I love films on blu-ray. I found your site and was impressed by the quality of blu-ray reviews and the enthusiasm for the format in your forums!
