Yes, plus a lot of cartoons have original titles or extra footage like Hare-Um Scare-Um and Old Glory. Even the bonus cartoons are generally uncut - Blitz Wolf is in HD and has gags intact missing on prior releases (the "NO JAPS ALLOWED" sign and the pigs bombing Tokyo).

Expedited shipping is for suckers...
Really?
For me it said standard shipping was 6-8 weeks so I wasnt sure what to do with that. Its too long imo.

Everytime I order from Amazon Canada, only opting for standard shipping, they have always shipped it to me in 2-3 days. Surprised me the first time it happened but now I expect nothing less. Why pay more for the same service?

I just wish the other Amazon's did the same.

Everything is the same as the U.S for the UCE?

Does volume 2 still come with a slipcase? And no bi-lingual text on the sleeve from Amazon CA?

That depends on what you mean by "slipcase". A slipcase usually (or should, at any rate) refer to a box, as most multi-film box sets come in.

Looney Tunes, Vol. 2 is a regular 3-disc Blu-ray case with a vertical (i.e., the openings are at the top and bottom) outer sleeve. At least the original pressings were. Whether it still comes in a sleeve is anyone's guess.

Don't know about the text on the Canadian editions.

These are still $19.99 for Volumes 1&2 on Amazon.ca. With the announcement of Vol. 3, these will probably start moving.

Amazon.ca has the Looney Tunes Platinum Collection Volume One Ultimate Collector's Edition down to just 18.49 CAD, with shipping it works out to about $25 USD. That's an amazing price for everything you get. The regular Digibook version is also the same price strangely enough, as is Volume Two. Click the pic below to go to each respective page.

I don't mean to be a tool, but I never ordered from amazon.ca before. Is there any difference in the Ultimate Collector's Edition depending on if I ordered it from amazon or amazon.ca?

They're identical from what I've read.

Default My 10-Disc Looney Tunes Collection

I completed my Looney Tunes collection this week when I picked up the Mouse Chronicles for cheap on eBay. I emptied out the box of junk from Volume 1 and fit all of my other cases inside.

Question : is the volume 1 digibook packaging the same size as a standard blu-ray case? (I.e. Is it the same size as the volumes 2 and 3 bluray cases)?

No. It's ¼ inch larger in all three dimensions.

I hope someone could answer this -

There are only '3' blu-ray platinum series. Unfortunately, many cartoons are still missing. Are there any plans for a complete set (blu-ray) or at least a #4?

If curious, one of my all-time fav Merrie Melodies cartoon is "Claws for Alarm." It's not on blu-ray.

I found this post here that lists all the missing cartoons. Wow. Far from complete. Transylvania 6-5000 is another fav from my youth that isn't on br either.
