It's a Wild Eye release, I don't think there are many Blu-rays for their films. They used to do BD-R sometimes when Amazon offered it, and there's a few outliers like Jurassic Dead and Velocipastor that got a pressed BD. Seems some of their older releases did have BDs in Germany but I can't find any recent ones.

One of my favorite sharksploitation films is the late ‘80s Italian film “Night of the Sharks”, starring Treat Williams, Janet Agren, John Steiner, Christopher Connelly, and Huggy Bear! If I remember correctly it’s about a one-eyed shark that stalks a beachside community, a subplot or 2 as well. Not bad if you like cheap Italian films of this vintage. On DVD only, I believe. The copy I have cost me a sawbuck at Dollar Tree about 15 years ago.

Doesn't appear to be too 'sharky', but it has to be a fun watch lol: |

I bought each of the Sharknado's on Blu-ray when they first came out, but then I purchased the complete collection steelbook to save space on my shelf. But then I realized, the steelbook complete collection does not include any of the bonus special features from the individual releases. Now, I'm having such a hard time deciding which to keep. I mean...I NEED space on my shelves....but those special features are too sweet. UGHHHHHH.

But I suppose a sensible person's answer would be to toss them all in the trash and use that space for better movies. |

I figured it would be the same disc from the 8-pack, and it even uses the same disc art - but the menu screen is completely different and it appears Shark Attack 2 no longer has that awful laggy framerate that occurred every few minutes. It makes sense why EB bothered re-releasing this disc on its own now. |

Another Sharknado collection is coming. Amazon doesn't list the disc count, but considering the price and that it's being released by Cinedigm, I'm going to guess it's the same two-discs from the SteelBook set (so no bonus features). Next year would be the tenth anniversary for the first film. It would be cool if they released a special remastered release that included Feeding Frenzy and Heart of Sharkness in HD plus some new retrospectives. |

If Street Sharks (1994) meets the proper criteria for Sharksploitation, may I suggest that Misterjaw (1976) be included as well?
![]() (Blu-ray release from Kino Lorber) Also, it looks like an "i" might be missing from the title of this thread? (It currently reads Sharksplotation".) |
