I'd still be extremely cautious of it. These discs are known to be scratched up. Finding a truly "new" copy is damn near impossible.

I’m thinking it is more selling fast because they just did not produce as many copies of the LE. Seems to be the case with LE from them anymore. Can’t say I blame them after so many of the older ones sat until they took them to $40 or less. I ordered it during the last Target B2G1 sale or I’d have passed at retail prices and gotten the MVM set.

Guilty. I wanted a collectors edition of this show above most others, and was willing to pay a pretty penny for it, although I did have a ceiling. OTTOMH, only a limited edition release of Record of Lodoss War would get me to cough up as much money as Vinland Saga LE.

Not necessarily. Every Sentai LE is listed under last chance.

Even those that don't show as low stock on Sentai.

Pretty much every Sentai LE/steelbook hits "last chance" after they are printed and most take a bit to sell out that isn't something crazy like Made in Abyss or Nana steelbooks.

Yeah, but the "Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon?! Season 2 Premium Box Set" had the same status by 6-8 months before it was sold out, so I don't think it sells out that fast here either. I can't be sure, but I think so. Additionally, there is a UK version that looks similar, which will further slow down the sell-off. After all, Sentai now produces a smaller number of these limited editions, so their limited editions no longer appears in their catalogs throughout the years.
