I e-mailed them and the most they were willing to do was refund me the two shipping charges (Mind you, one of them shouldn't have been charged anyway), so I still had to pay an extra $20. I doubt they will do anything when I get hit with the $40 for the 10 x Blu-rays (Which they have yet to ship).

Everyone needs to e-mail them so they know that this is an issue though. Selling this deal as free other than the $20 shipping, but then putting the full MSRP US prices as the value on the packaging is brutal. I understand if they don't want to put the value at $0, then send it as $20 or under so we don't get hit. I always though the value on the packaging was supposed to be the value you paid. I know when I order from a Kino sale, Kino doesn't write the full value of each disc, they write the sale price we paid, so I don't understand why this would be any different?

My 10 blu-rays were sent today via UPS. I am fuming right now.

This whole deal ended up being a total disaster.

Yes it was from the Fullmoon 420 deal, they shipped via UPS and declared full msrp

Which is cheaper then you can get Arrows in NA but not as low as the site has had Arrow titles just prior.

Also cheaper than the $35 at UV for the Criterion version that is currently on sale for 30% off.

If one is going to drive around for a order from the usa they might as well just pick it up at Shippsy if a warehouse is near them.

Likely to get lower shipping costs and Shippsy takes care of customs if I read it correctly.
