I think so. And didn't we decide next year that the bottom 4 teams would use their "playoff" games to determine the #1 pick? This year the bottom 4 are based on regular season record correct?

I cant remember but im for putting it to a vote, to me if a person tanks they shouldn't be rewarded with the number 1 overall, maybe we can make the consolation bracket for the number 1 pick so now those games are worth something. win consolation win first pick, come in second get 2, 3rd get 3, 4th get 4

and not in any ways saying those bottom 4 players tanked last year for draft spots, just suggesting in the future we do this with the consolation bracket

I am pretty sure we did vote on that last year. It was during the playoffs towards the end of the season but we did discuss that. Obviously it wasn't meant for last year but for going forward. The 5th and 6th place teams played and the "winner got the 5th pick and the loser got the 6th pick. And then the bottom 4 teams in the consolation bracket would play and have to try as the "winner" got the 1st pick. We had lenghty discussions and from what I recall I thought it was voted on by most. This would mean all of us have to play all the weeks until the end of the season.

I remember the 5th/6th place but I don't recall the bottom 4. No one's going to tank. Teams will put their best lineup every week. Commish will have to make sure that happens.

If the bottom 4 teams regular season records determine their draft order then after week 12 they have no need to set a line up. We had discussed making the bottom 4 picks be played for so they have 2 more weeks to play and the bottom 4 owners aren't done with 3 weeks left in the season.

Personal pride? To be fair, I didn't care at all about that 5th place game but I did still set my lineup.
