Default Need HDMI cable & accessories for Sony SR11 HD camcorder

I just bought the SR11 camcorder and I'm wondering where to get the HDMI to mini-HDMI cable (that should come with it but doesn't). I bought the camcorder from B&H but the cable they list is a $50 Sony cable. Checked Monoprice but didn't see the correct cable listed.

Has anyone purchased this cable? How much and from where?

Also, I'd like to get feedback from anyone who has used the .5 converter lens on one of the Sony HD camcorders (SR10,11,12). Is this lens decent? Worth the $50?

Thanks.

Very surprised if mono-price doesn't have it.

I'll check pccables, they are another place that sells high quality low priced cables.

EDIT - Isn't this it?

Thanks for checking it out. I had seen that one but wasn't sure about something. The Sony one is described as: "Sony HDMI Male to Mini HDMI (Type C) Male Cable (Ver. 1.3) for Camcorders - 10'"

The one at Monoprice says it's from Type C to Type A. Does that matter? Is the difference in type due to the fact that it's converting HDMI to mini-HDMI?

It looks the same as the Sony one pictured at B&H, but I wasn't sure.

It's a two-way cable....

You could always call Monoprice to ask and double check if its the right thing? If they do carry the one you need you'll save alot of $$

Hey,

Seems to me type A is the standard kind of HDMI connection and type C is the HDMI-Mini side. So... I think my link represents the cable you need. There is a 6 foot and a 3 foot version.

There is also a type A to type C adapter. (I wouldn't recommend that because adapters seems to be glitchy sometimes but then again... maybe it's perfect for you so take a look.)

Monoprice have it. Last time I checked it was out of stock, but they definitely carry it. Could have it back in stock now?

I sent them an e-mail asking if it's the right one. I like to test customer service that way.
