If you have a Photo Center at your store, the $3.74 bin was right in front of that at my store. The photo center is also near electronics.

Not all stores have it. My main one doesn't.

But check the regular $5 DVD bin. Sometimes $3.74 movies are thrown in with those. Look for the price in a microscopic font on the sticker.

Found a combo set of Kevin Hart: Laugh at my Pain/Kevin Hart: Seriously Funny in the $3.74 bin last night. And even though there isn't a sticker stating that a digital copy is included, I received a digital copy of both movies through InstaWatch when I scanned the receipt

It wasn't in the bin...it was in a side rack of the one of the endcap displays.
