Nice. Wish I hadn't completed my set already. A while back, FYE had season 1 or 3 for $5.99 each in their bargain area so you just had to find a deal on 2 to complete the series.

Curious does this include a UV code seeing as it is a new pressing? I believe S1 and S3 had codes I don't think S2 did.

And would the discs be different from this set I already own?

The discs do have different art from the pic.

Meant contentwise since this seems to have some special features ill see how many discs this set has in a bit.

Nine Discs, including a special features disc. Same as the original set.

Basically it's a much cheaper re-release but without the artbook.

It's nice to see this new release for Batman Beyond includes the extras disc. It's a refreshing break from the trend of recent complete series re-issues that drop the extras disc entirely.

Off the top of my head include the recent releases of Six Million Dollar Man and Hogan's Heroes and I know there are several more; there is generally a reduction in price which is great, so it's more of a smaller disappointment in missing out on extras.

To anyone who has already purchased this set are the disc single layer or dual layer I just recently picked this up from a legit seller on ebay and all looks ok to me I even put the disc in my computer to make sure they weren't dvdr but I noticed they were all single single layer dvd only is this correct? Anyone info would be greatly appreciated

Depends on which you got. The long box above was quite likely as much a bootleg as the B:TAS long box was. The new item above MAY be bootlegged already. But let's be frank. For 20-25 min episodes of SD animation, fitting them onto a 4.7GB disc may be more economically feasible for WB at this point. Dual layers only help IF the content will benefit from it, but it won't matter if you have a Blu-Ray player that can process and upscale the image.

I got the new re release that just came out in November all disc look fine only reason I was asking if they were dual or single layer disc is cause I recently purchased the individual releases of batman the animated series dvd from amazon and their all dual layer disc but not batman beyond

I own the original season sets and the previous complete series set. Every disc is dual layer. The bonus disc in the complete series set is as well. It seems odd that WB wouldn't just slap new disc art on the DVDs in this set and use the same old dual layer discs.
