Delivery date of 3/10 for mine. I wonder if waiting another 1-3 weeks is worth $1.50 less on the product...

I wonder if you spoke to the same person I did.

First I spoke to Naval via chat and then they transferred me over to Quadeer.

I also got another updated delivery window for the Parks set. It went from 3/17-3/25 to 3/13-3/17

Finally got my order of The Office today. It only took a month to get it fulfilled. It was actually shipped out yesterday and arrived today via USPS. My other order of Parks still hasn't been shipped but, it could by the end of the week.

My Parks set is now saying due to arrive this Friday. So it's likely to ship out today.

Still waiting on my parks. Good thing it was cheap and I was only getting it for the special features.

xD I was debating if I want to re-order it and wait another couple of weeks to save $1.50, but since it didn't ship, if it hasn't yet I may bug Amazon on it and see if they can adjust. But that seems moot in hindsight.

Mine was due to arrive today but has not yet shipped nor have I been charged. I wonder if I ought to bug Amazon CS today for compensation.

Update: Too late. They finally 'notified' me of the shipping delay via email. May still bug tonight to see if I can get some compensation.

Update 2:
I got $5 credit and assurance they will get more in a few days. The price is still holding at $25.49 for new orders, but has a 1-3 week ETA.

My CS contact somehow spurred them into action. It has an ETA of Sunday and has a marker that it has been shipped.

I still have the "Preparing for Shipment" message and when I click on details, it is telling me "Shipping Soon". I still have a delivery date by March 14.
I doubt it will get to me by then because of the upcoming Blizzard. But first, they have to ship it out and who knows when that will be. I was going to contact cs, but I got a bad vibe from Quadeer the other night.

I'm surprised the first season was as short as it was. I opened it up and it was a single DVD. I had to make sure I wasn't hallucinating. But for being a spin-off of the Office, it succeeded what it derived from.

Parks and Rec isn't a spin-off.

I thought I had read somewhere that the Office (U.S.) came first, and the same individuals who created the Office did this show and intended for it to be one. Or was it the other way around?

Yeah, The Office came first and both were created by Greg Daniels. I think at one time it was going to be a spin-off, but in some crazy way where some Dunder Mifflin paper gets delivered to the Pawnee Parks and Recreation Department. Something like that. Even though they're similar in style, I like that they have their own identities. (And I like Parks and Rec a lot more!) Hope you're enjoying the show. It's one of those that starts off rough but gets better as it goes on. And, unlike The Office, it didn't have a huge drop in quality in the later seasons.

Looks like I'm finally going to get my parks on Monday. Certainly the longest I've ever had to wait for a non-preorder from Amazon (~2 months). But, for that price I guess I can't complain. Fingers crossed no scratched discs, I've been lucky so far though.

As for Office-Parks, while they are similar in style Parks is the way better show, even if Office did have its moments.
